Synching your jobs to your calendar is what I’m talking about. To the app not even remembering your user name but your password. Things just keep getting worse. But our locals keep paying this guy and want each member to pay him an additional $5 a month. It is infuriating | |

You’ll receive a notification (maybe) that you have a shift to accept, and when you click on the notification there will be nothing on your schedule to confirm or deny. It will look like nothing is going on. That shift you’ve been sent? Yeah it doesn’t exist I guess 🤷♂️ This site ONLY works if you have the app. And it’s pathetic at best. You can’t use the mobile website and desktop is ok from what little I’ve seen but also practically useless in the situation where you’re on the go and want to confirm calls. You would imagine one of the nice things about using the app over website would be staying logged in, but you would be wrong. After a short amount of time away you will be logged out… which doesn’t help if your manager sends out a push notification instead of a text or email. Can’t be notified if you’re not logged in obviously. If you’re a manager looking to see if this could be a good call solution for your team please consider literally anything else. Homing pigeons would be more reliable as your employees are still going to end up needing to reach out to you to ask what shift you’re trying to give them, and to confirm or deny the shift they won’t see. I wish any employer good lite anyone on their team is over 30 trying to use this app because what grown adult has the time to go through all of this mess to say “yes I will show up to work” I rather do a backflip into a bed of nails than use this to confirm calls for my employer. (I cannot do a backflip) | |
