2026-03-12	Ja*****	Can you please make it so that it doesn’t log me out randomly every 10 or so days they make me log back in or at least give me Face ID or a pin code I can put in to get past having to login every single time please.

2026-02-10	bo*****	Very glitchy. Won’t update firmware even with solid Bluetooth and 2.4 WiFi. Sick of resetting it to try resolve that and remote thermostat issues. Sure they imported these to piss off us purchasers

2026-01-24	Cl*****	IMO, The only thing worse than using an app that needs internet connectivity instead of LAN is an internet app that can’t use iPhone stored password and has a time out making you remember your password again.

2025-12-07	Ti*****	The app is horrible. The sensor won’t connect to my Bluetooth but apparently keeps connecting to some random neighbor who keeps messaging on here to F off because the unit is his. Complete and utter nightmare.

2025-11-02	So*****	I initially had a lot of issues with the app and my thermostat using Bluetooth connection only. Connecting the thermostat through WiFi prompted a firmware update for the thermostat which resolved the issues I was noticing.

2025-10-10	To*****	I bought two fans for my dorm (the fans work great) I used the app for them and after 5 minutes of use on the app it no longer works. I can’t do anything on the app at all

2025-10-01	Ro*****	This light is okay but the app doesn't work most of the time. Shouldn't need to log in every time you go to turn on a light in your house. Amazon said this is Alexa compatible. This has never connected. Said it needs to update but will never update 100% goes to about 58% and then gives an error. At this time I would not purchase again.
