Cannot connect app to watch. Plus the app won’t match to iPhone. I suspect this app on the instruction sheet that comes with the watch is bad or the instructions belongs to some other watch. Either way I’m going to see about a refund.

I cannot get app and watch to bind. Also, this app is not the app specified in the instructions. My watch is supposed to use Hyper Watch. It is not found in the App Store. Nothing close. So, if I’m using the wrong app, is that why it won’t bind??? It even mentions Hyper Watch on Amazon. My watch shows up as Watch 11. I got this app by scanning QR Code in instructions. I like the watch, but probably won’t use it.
