App crashes all the time and has been that way since Covid hit and were forced to use this app so our calls could be tracked. I hardly ever use it because when I do, it crashes so much that I’d rather tell my boss that I’m just not going to use the app so my calls can be viewed.

This app is very user friendly, it is nice to have access to my work phone on my mobile device when I am away from the office! Remote working just got easier 🤩
