Pros

سهولة الاستخدام والتنقل البديهي في التطبيق.
التحديثات الأخيرة جعلت الطلب أسلس وتوفّر معلومات مفصّلة عن المنتجات والأسعار.
تُعتبر من أبرز تطبيقات مستحضرات التجميل في العراق وتُعد خيارًا موثوقًا للبعض.
التوصيل سريع وفق بعض المستخدمين.

Cons

تأخر في التوصيل وعدم وصول الطلب حتى بعد أيام مع وجود تباينات في حالة المخزون.
عدم الاستجابة أو ضعف دعم العملاء وعدم الرد على الاتصالات أو الشكاوى.
مشاكل في تسجيل الدخول والرمز والتحقق من الرقم؛ الرمز لا يصل أحياناً ويُحرَم المستخدم من الحساب.
أعطال متكررة في التطبيق ما يجعل بعض المستخدمين يواجهون صعوبة في التشغيل والطلب.
المخزون أحياناً يُظهر عناصر كمتوفرة رغم أنها غير متوفرة أو مسحوبة من الخدمة.

And the plastic wrapper had a clear tape clearly showing that it had been opened before. I had never felt so sad. I even saved a lot for that perfume and trusted the supposedly #1 beauty store to take care of it. حسبيالله ونعمل وكيل.

2025-12-08	s.*****	I placed an order 9 days ago and still haven’t received it. When I messaged them, they told me it would only take 2 days. They even called to say one of my items was sold out, but when I checked the app, it was still listed as available. I’ve been trying to call them for 2 days and no one is answering. Very disappointed with the service.
