2025-05-20	Ki*****	I download this app for the very first time today. However, once the app was downloaded and I tapped in, there was a login screen, but no option to setup a new account. I also clicked on “forgot password”, to see if I could find any help there, but no joy … btw you must provide both your registered login name and registered email to request a new password. I can’t register. I can’t open the service portion of the app.

2024-06-17	ja*****	Even when the app still opened, it displayed completely inaccurate tracking. Speed, location of the car, even routes traveled were incorrect and/or completely unavailable. Now the app won’t allow you to log in; it blames you for losing internet within seconds of opening. This has been going on for months, and the company knows about it—they just can’t be bothered to fix it ‘cause they already got your money when the tracker was forced on you at the dealership. What an absolute scam.
