Muy mala experiencia con ZPP Bogotá. Tuve dificultades usando la aplicación oficial y solicité ayuda al personal en vía, pero nunca me informaron sobre otros medios de pago. Finalmente logré pagar y la misma app generó una reserva activa con código QR y la leyenda “Tarifa cancelada”. Aun así, al regresar a mi vehículo dentro del tiempo pagado, encontré un cepo instalado y tuve que pagar $149.600 para recuperarlo. Posteriormente me indicaron que el dinero quedó en una billetera aún cuando recibí correo con confirmación y en la app decía el tiempo pagado y tarifa cancelada, literal esto fue creado para estafar a la gente.
