I paid for the subscription, I paid extra money to enhance my video, and I can’t even download it. I couldn’t download it on my phone despite having more than enough storage space. I tried logging in on my computer, but the download was a safari link that doesn’t work. And it only gives me 7 days to download the video I paid to enhance, then it will delete it forever. Super disappointing. Feels like a money scam.
