Escape Game Castaway offers a lengthy, brain-teasing puzzle experience with strong production values and a helpful hint system. Players enjoy the challenging puzzles and the ability to resume progress across sessions, plus multiple endings. However, intrusive ads, occasional puzzle clarity issues, and the lack of an in-game clue camera/tool are downsides. Navigation can be tricky at times. Overall, a solid, demanding entry that rewards persistence, with room for quality-of-life improvements.

Like all their games, it’s really good. I give it four stars because some of the puzzles make absolutely no sense whatsoever. Even after the hint, they’re completely illogical.

Rediscovered this developer. Can’t wait to play the other escapes. Pretty long. Maybe too long but it’s well done so no biggie. There are a lot of hints,clues and puzzles here. I mean a lot so I like the hint/answer system. Only had to use it a couple times. Only ding is that a couple puzzles I still didn’t understand even after I had the answer. Also it would be nice to have a picture taking system like what Jun Wakabayashi does. That would help a lot with this long game. Over all I enjoyed it.
