2024-06-11	An*****	This was my first appointment. Dr. Pavel Conovalcius asked a lot of questions about my injury and gave some good suggestions to try. I felt the appointment was good, and it was nice not having to go to an office right now. My second experience was great, too!! I needed medicine for travel, and he was able to help prescribe what I need. The whole experience is pleasant, quick, and helpful!

2024-05-22	BM*****	App easy to navigate. Dr was kind and courteous and asked thoughtful questions. My prescription was ordered and available quickly. Much easier then waiting at an urgent care with others who are sick!

2024-02-29	Sa*****	I am a new member to UHSM and needed the telehealth service tonight. When I try to use the app it says that my profile is not set correctly. There is no help button. How do I fix this? I tried to reset password and username and no success.

2024-01-19	St*****	We are fairly new to using DocDay, but I am loving how easy and efficient it is! I am thankful I no longer have to use urgent care and pick up extra germs, and wait for hours only to be rushed out, so the doctor can see the next patient. We have used Teledoc twice and each time the doctor called within minutes, answered all my questions, and did not end the phone call until I had clear understanding. I don’t know why anyone is still going to those clinics. 😊

2023-12-31	Sb*****	The app doesn’t work and the support team hasn’t gotten back to me. It won’t even let me make an account. Deleted and redownloaded the app multiple times, restarted my phone, tried on different devices. Nothing. Totally useless.
