QDoc is free for Canadian residents (excluding Quebec) located in Manitoba, Nunavut, or Northwestern Ontario who hold a valid provincial health card. It supports non-emergency episodic care, prescription of non-controlled medications when appropriate, referrals, sick notes, and ordered lab tests. All patient data is PHIA/HIPAA secure and protected.
