2026-03-09	in*****	I placed an online delivery order and received very poor quality items I tried to request a refund, but the app refund system keeps getting stuck and won’t let me upload photos, which is required to submit the request. Without photos the system won’t proceed. Customer service was also unhelpful. This experience completely defeats the purpose of ordering online to save time. It ended up wasting both my money and my time.
