2026-08-22	CR*****	I love being able to keep track of which movies I've watched and still want to watch. But it seems that keeping the app up-to-date is not a priority at all. The only time they seem to update it is late fall when the Christmas season starts. Please update it all year!! And also just fix the tech so it works more smoothly.

2026-08-05	gr*****	The app would be helpful if it would add reminders to my calendar. When checking off a movie having to click back multiple times is a pain. Love the shows but the app needs drastic improvements. Hallmarks Apple is so easy to use and adds reminders to my calendar for new premieres, come on GAF get the app working better it needs a major overhaul before Christmas!!!

2026-07-08	Me*****	Very slow to load. Hard to find what you’re looking for and the slowness just makes it worse. I would watch more on this channel if I could navigate their App. Hallmark’s is so much better I find myself choosing those movies because I can find them easier.

2026-04-11	Ki*****	This app is not working. I only get a while screen with logo. I need to be able to see movie listings (like the Hallmark app) so I can set DVR to record. Disappointed.

2026-03-01	hj*****	This app is a great idea but the execution is terrible. It is extremely slow to move around in. The my watch list section is always inaccurate. Anytime you go into a movie you have to click the back arrow twice to get back to the screen you were on. Simply put it’s tedious to use and frustrating they don’t seem to make any fixes. The Hallmark app is far superior.

Please separate episodes for show series like, When Hope Calls,so we can check them off individually. It appears the last time this app was updated was 2 years ago. Please fix issues

2026-01-17	Ap*****	I love the fact that I can check off what I’ve watched, however, this app is extremely slow and it isn’t put together well. I’ve asked for help several times regarding Want to Watch list that says I have three items but when I click on it nothing appears.
