This app use to work like a charm and now my printer is just a glorified paperweight. It refuses to print anything, it just gets on stuck loading forever to no avail. And on the off chance it does print something, half of the sheet is completely messed up and illegible making it a waste of a sheet. Extremely disappointing, now I have to go to USPS and use their self-service and print all my labels one by one and inconvenience everybody with the sheer amount of packages I have to send and how long it takes for each label to print. I’m expecting an update in the future which fixes all of this but seeing how long everybody’s app hasn’t been working properly it seems unlikely.

While I love that the size actual printer this app is supposed to be compatible with and doesn’t need ink, this app is ridiculously glitchy. It’s actually gotten considerably more glitchy with each “update”. It’s like the developers of this app are working in reverse! I highly recommend heavily researching the software needed to use these types of products. While I like not spending a ton of money in ink, the time I’m wasting in having to close and reopen the app is wild. It’s taken me over 15 minutes of the app consistently freezing each time I click the document I want to print to try printing one document and still haven’t been successful. This is only the 3rd of about 10 documents I need printed before I go to bed, so I’m not sure how much this will cut into my sleep time. Time is money…DO BETTER!
