The app does not send the rush lottery notifications (popup). iPhone 15 pro, 26.4 version. All notifications enabled. Can you please fix it?

Is a frequent opera! goer this is a really good app to have. All of your tickets are in one place and pay attention to the notifications because every now and then the app send you discount to certain performances and I’m always on the lookout for their notices! There are still some bugs to work out like for instance, it does not let you exchange on the app. I would appreciate it if they added that feature. But I am appreciative that they worked out the other bug having tickets that you buy elsewhere show up on the app. I am glad that this app exists thank you!
