I downloaded the app to start the trial for my husband’s and my 2 new Teslas. It was a Sunday and I had trouble connecting the second car to the app so I emailed support, not expecting a reply for 1-2 business days. But not even 10 minutes later (on a Sunday!) I received a reply from a real person (not an auto-reply) with suggestions for how to fix my issue. They even asked me to let them know if I was able to fix it after trying. I followed their instructions, it worked, and I wrote back to let them know and to thank them for their quick response, and they actually wrote back telling them that they are glad everything was fine. That alone gets this company 5 stars, and the app is working great too. With the political climate the way it is, I feel more peace of mind knowing I’ll be notified right away if something is going on. Well done, Sentry Pro team!
