2025-10-07	Sh*****	I cannot get this ring to stay connected to Bluetooth. I have already done the factory reset. Didn’t help. It will connect for a minute then disconnect again. Also, when I am wearing the ring, if I walk away from (or shut) the box that it charges in, it disconnects. The most recent problem though is that it is saying the battery is low and to charge it. How is it still at 0% charged when it has been charging for an hour? (Charger and charger box both work). The ring and the box were both lighting up while charging. I got this ring to monitor my BP, but it seems to be the cause of my high BP at this point.
