2024-03-26	Ha*****	I really like the idea of this app. I have meditated on and off for many years, but I find it hard to be as consistent as I would like. I like the idea of gamifying the process, but it would be nice if there was just a straight meditation timer with no sound at all (so I could sit for 10 or 20 minutes without interruption) and if it would sync mindfulness minutes to Apple health.
