The app is nice, but the lack of oat and alternative milks means I can’t really place an order. To the people who run the business: this isn’t Asia. In the US coffee culture of 2026, alternative milk is much more popular than regular milk in major cities. You have to offer oat and alternative milks to be competitive. Even Luckin does this.

$0.99 coupon was never given and verification (matching the curves??) doesn't works anymore. Technologically illiterate? lol I did everything right

Even though the café on 57th Street isn't actually open, the map and the app say it is. They gave me a coupon, but I couldn't use it; I sent an email but got no reply, and I messaged them on Instagram—still nothing. Basically, it's an irresponsible company. I don't plan on going there anymore anyway.
