2026-03-28	kr*****	I downloaded this app to be able to access my theater tickets (as you are not allowed to print your tickets. They must be on your phone.) The app has a LOT of problems. It keeps losing my ticket so I keep having to refresh. And it will not allow me to add the ticket to my Apple Wallet. Every time I try to do so, complete gibberish is displayed. This one needs to go back to the drawing board!

2024-12-09	li*****	I downloaded this app specifically for the giveaways they were promoting. Upon receiving the notification via text, I clicked on it and was taken to the app which did not respond. I had it open for literally 5 minutes before closing the app. I reopened the app a few times, even shut my phone off and restarted. The app still did not respond. The app eventually opened hours later but bc I already clicked the notification, there was no way to open up the giveaway link again. Disappointing app.

2023-08-18	kk*****	I thought this would solve Broadway Direct’s issue of having to input all your information for every performance you enter since you’re making an account now that remembers all that stuff, but NOPE! Decent interface but still super user unfriendly and tedious.
