2026-03-29	In*****	Edit: If you use the apps mic option and play music from your default music app on your phone, the mic picks it up and the lights adjust to the beats and music. You have to leave the app open with the music playing, you can’t lock your phone and set it down or it will stop the light changing. Every time I try to use the music function, the app crashes. The lighting and color options work fine, without music. However, I was looking forward to using the music function, the music playing through my phone, but the lightning changing with the music. I’ve done all the troubleshooting I can think of and nothing has worked. I’ve also allowed and given all permissions. I choose a song from my music through the app and it automatically closes. I spent hundreds of dollars on this mirror and the app isn’t working as it should. Please fix it.

2025-09-28	na*****	I had to search up why the bluetooth wasn’t connecting but if you go on setting it will say HK mirror 2.0 and when you click on it, it connects and plays the music It does glitch out on the app so hopefully this helps someone’s, just go one bluetooth settings and click “Touch Pro” or “HK MIRROR 2.0” and it will connect to ur phone and you can play ur music 😘

2025-07-01	lo*****	It’s absolutely ridiculous the amount of money I’ve spent on these products and you guys can’t even fix the app, why can’t I play music and it’s a feature on the app?! Every time I want to play one of my songs the app closes out but it plays perfectly with the demo songs and no one wants those.
