HINT Control is a cross-platform app for accessing and managing your T-Mobile Home Internet gateway, with more features than the official app. It exposes advanced statistics, WiFi radio control, SSID management, and band steering, and will gain more capabilities as gateways are studied.

Supported gateways include Arcadyan KVD21, Arcadyan TMOG4AR, Sagemcom Fast 5688W, Sercomm TMOG4SE, and Noka 5G21. The Askey LTE gateway is not supported. The project is not affiliated with T-Mobile, is open source, and the downloads and source code are available at GitHub.

Allowed me to simply shutdown the WiFi of my G4AR router. Other settings become available as well.

I use this to turn off the Wi-Fi on my Tmobile gateway in order to use my home router. It still works great on my iPad, but it no longer works on my iPhone. App has been removed. Re-downloaded. Phone has been turned on and off, but still it no longer is able to find the gateway. Not a dealbreaker, but certainly is annoying.
