User Reviews

The app offers a compelling bulk-deletion solution, but widespread reliability, pricing, support, and platform-coverage issues dominate user feedback, making it appear overpriced and unreliable even for its core claim.
Pros
  • Mass-deletion capability across major social platforms (e.g., Twitter and Facebook), allowing bulk removal of posts.
  • Easy and streamlined to use when the service is functioning as advertised.
  • Fulfills its core purpose and is highly regarded by some users when it works.
  • The concept and utility of clearing social history is valuable for users seeking cleanup.
Cons
  • Very high upfront annual price with limited or no monthly option, leading to perceived poor value.
  • Frequent reliability problems: login failures, not deleting content, and limited platform support.
  • Platform coverage is incomplete or misrepresented (e.g., promised support for Threads/TikTok, but not functioning).
  • Poor or slow customer support and frequent refund concerns, including reports of unresponsiveness.
  • Bugs and side effects (e.g., configuration errors, spammy link replacements) undermine user trust.

I I today subscribed to premium and after that updated the app. The app no longer loads or works at all. Thanks for stealing my money.

After updating the app, it won’t load at all. Just a black screen that says, “Almost done.” Then you wait, and wait and wait. Nothing happens.

Do not trust this app. It does not actually delete anything. After logging into your social accounts and reviewing your posts, you press delete and and it simply shows a loading screen and then says “Done. 0 items deleted”. Very suspicious app.
