Application to record your physical and brain health

This application manages records of various daily health conditions and results of brain function tests. You will be able to see the transition between health and brain condition and know what to watch out for to help your brain.

Simple management of health conditions

Three important aspects of health are focused on : meal, exercise, and sleep, and score them on a daily basis. You can also record your “weight,” “blood pressure,” and “blood sugar level” on a daily basis. Three other optional items can also be recorded. You can choose any of the above 9 items.

Memory, reflexes, and attention are tested. You will be able to see how your brain is doing on a daily basis.

Graphical display of health status and brain function test results A graph of the transition of health status and brain function can be displayed. You will find out whether sleep is important for the brain, exercise is important, etc.

Basically free

All functions are free of charge for a single user. Only when used by more than one person (up to 5 people), a fee will be charged. It can be used indefinitely with US$4 charge.

No annoying advertisements appear. Only iPhone and iPad are supported. Requires iOS 16 or higher and sign-in to iCloud. Data is stored in iCloud, so you can share your record with multiple devices(iPhone and iPad). If the app behaves strangely, please reinstall it. The data will be taken over.
