2026-08-23	om*****	The website is not user friendly for everyone and I was very disappointed that OC does not offer a gift option or a message for the recipient when Grandmother’s like myself want to say how much they love the grandchild (who in this case) is the recipient. Please note that this would be a great option and apply it for us old Grandma’s and Grandpa’s. Lots of Love to OC From: Oma Brand 💕

2026-08-19	St*****	Ok, I see On Run team worked very hard to remove my first one star review. Maybe they should devote that time in fixing customer service instead. Long story short - I order and paid for ne pair of shoes via PayPal, two weeks later no update on order - three weeks later they tell me they dont have it, I ask for refund, they say we never got any money from you so no refund. I sent multiple emails to corporate and only after I posted the story on LinkedIn they refunded the money they claim they never took. I will never buy this brand again.
