2026-02-24	Dy*****	I bought a lifetime subscription with NerdAI on my old Android phone, and got a new iPhone. tried signing in my old account, with no success. Turns out customer service sees lifetime subscription as Device-specific. Meaning, if you want to save money and buy the lifetime purchase and you lose/break your phone or ,worse yet, it gets stolen, that’s on you. Not fair at all!
