Soundscape Community

Soundscape Community unites a global network of organizations and individuals to improve accessibility and inclusion through immersive, open-source spatial audio. The app places audio cues around you to help you navigate real and virtual spaces in 3D sound, calling out points of interest, markers you've created or shared, and local information.

Key features include 3D audio cues that originate from nearby landmarks, Audio Beacons for tracking locations, and Street Preview to virtually explore streets. The Home Screen provides quick access to nearby content, and the app runs in the background with headphones, enabling effortless awareness while using GPS or other apps. It has been used for Trail Orienteering with the Invictus Games Foundation and reflects a global community of developers and users committed to accessible, engaging environments.
