2024-04-19	GP*****		It took me 2.5 hrs to figure out how to register the device and a call to the help line. I finally got an email so I could try to log in. Then trying to change the password OMG. 3 hrs now. Can’t wait to try to set up perimeters . If you made it more user friendly for us that are not totally tech savvy people ( like direction during the registration and a different way to “find” where to go to change the password - need more easily to follow directions. Can’t wait to see how to actually make all this stuff work. I think a trip to my kids or customer service will have to lead me step by step. *Put the directions on the “BOX” that the dealership gives the customer. So we have it in writing to follow. * I’m hoping after all the hours I am spending trying to set this up it will be worth it. But right now I can’t give more than 1 star because I still can’t get it set up. Sorry. It has now been 4 hr and 15 minutes. I called customer service at 3:38 pm now it’s 5:48 pm. I have yet to receive a call from support services. Where is your customer service? I paid lots of money for this device I need help setting it up step by step please call me. 7 hours now and a friend helped me finally get it set up ( I hope) I called tech support again about 6:30 pm still no call. Terrible customer service.
