2026-07-25	DB*****	The new update is terrible. I can't see any of the rewards or even find out how many points I have. I asked in the store and they told me my number of points but also had no idea how to use them so I could get free things.

2026-07-19	Qm*****	New update is unusable. No rewards, impossible to navigate. I’ve stopped ordering from this restaurant because of the lack of access to rewards. Whoever came up with the new app should not be employed.

2026-07-17	Sw*****	Why in the world did Barberitos change their app? The new version is 100% geared towards online ordering and not towards rewards. There’s no longer a way to put in a receipt if you forget to scan your rewards QR at the time of purchase. And even though they were supposed to carry over my rewards from the old app, it did not. I lost out on a reward that I was very close to earning. If the quality of the food and service ever declines, I won’t hesitate to drop Barberitos as my favorite restaurant because the lack of rewards and the lack of functionality of the app irritates me

2026-07-14	Wh*****	The new app roll out locks the old app and conveniently deletes all of your old points. As a loyal customer of over 20 years, it sure would’ve been nice if they would’ve told us to use the points before deleting them. Not only did we lose all points, as of 7/13/26, the new app does not have a way to add any missed receipts (which happened 2 times within 2 days because the QR code wouldn’t work and was told my phone number couldn’t be found). The tab for recent orders apparently only keeps track of online orders. How would a customer know if they received credit for their purchase? The new app is inefficient and definitely does not benefit the customer and definitely not the in store customer. 200 points to earn a burrito now- give me a break!!! So disappointed!!
