At Studio CORE Pilates our workouts are mindfully designed and developed to strengthen and tone the entire body. We create challenging and safe workouts that offer focused attention to each individual client. Our state of the art equipment and seasoned instructors are there to help you every step of the way. We use both classical and contemporary approaches rooted in a classic time-proven methodology that incorporate the understanding of proper body mechanics.

Why Pilates? Pilates is a challenging, low impact, total body workout that focuses on strengthening the core and elongating rather than bulking muscles. Studio CORE Pilates is a resistance based studio that uses tension to strengthen and stretch, allowing the body to develop a long, lean form.

Studio CORE Pilates is managed on a daily basis by owner, Tiffany Crosswhite Burke. Tiffany is a hands on owner who has personally hired and trained the entire teaching staff. All teachers are 100% fully certified Pilates Teachers who have all completed a 600 hour Teacher Training Program. Please feel free to contact Tiffany anytime with any questions or concerns.
