Dom’s passion for fitness is so inspiring and it shows through her hard work, especially in her app. I think it’s very easy to use and if there is a problem, it’s easily fixed because of rapid response from her. I definitely recommend her training plans!

Love this app it’s so useful for training and it’s so easy to follow! Love the fact that you can assign your workout on your calendar!!

I loved some aspects of the app, but some things are very frustrating. No one ever answers questions on the community board, and the page mentions a conversation on another app so why have the board at all? If you want to start a program at a different time than it’s planned, you have to individually move each workout which is confusing and time consuming. Halfway through my plan everything reset so I lost my logged workouts, and the names of the workouts changed so I had no idea what I’d already done. You also can’t buy more programs through the app and the website doesn’t specify which ones work on the app. Please fix these issues!
