2025-01-16 An***** This app is such a great idea! I’ve already been snagging tons of things and saving them for later. It’s better than a hashtag and better than a QR code because you don’t have to be in front of a QR code to access the info you want, a snag can be said verbally like over the radio for example, kind of like a code word and you just type that in and boom, you have the info you need saved all nice a pretty to come back to whenever!!! You’re missing out if you don’t have this!

2024-11-05 Pa***** I downloaded this to give feedback for a professor. I guess I’m just confused on the point. Is it supposed to help me save things I like? Such as a YouTube video, website, a r QR code. I don’t know what problem is being solved by this app. I also wondering about logistics. Could I create a tag for a trademarked phrase and I’m the only one that can use it on the app? Can multiple people create the same tag? I saw an ad for it and was just confused. Maybe this is a great idea that will change the game but I don’t know what the game is. The ad I saw raised more questions than answered. Is the point to be able to save content from any source because if that’s the case I understand the idea but I still wonder if people with put the star to denote that it is a tag. I hope I’m understanding the app but if I’m not that’s probably a fault on the marketing team and the user interface.

2024-11-01 Ke***** The user interface feels poor. To snag something for a class you need to remember exactly what the tag was and if there were multiple tags it’s hard to remember exactly which one you need. Each tag has one link and that one link isn’t always the most helpful. If each tag took you to a small page for that tag and you could either read through what they write or go through all the posts with that snag (potentially both like a bio and then the posts similar to Instagram but a more “business side” of social media). From what I’ve seen you only see the most recent post under that tag. If you then make a post under that snag and delete it two things happen. First you can never find that snag again until a new post is made. Since it just goes off the most recent post, searching the Snagtag doesn’t know what to look for when that recent post is deleted. Going along with this, if you want to follow one Snagtag and miss a post you can’t access it again because it’s too late (it’s possible I missed this feature in which case it needs to be more clearly accessible). The post also stays visible to you when you look through the Snagtag if you’re the one who made it which makes it look messy. If it automatically cleared and could be accessed through a “trash can” or something that would be much nicer. Finally there can very easily be too many snag tags you have in your inbox. Simplifying it so that each person can have their snags accessible through their account would make it better. You could still search for the phrase, but having the ability to search for the account as well to see those tags would be nicer. Just more organization would make this app so good but right now it’s kind of a pain to work with.
