2026-08-10	tw*****	The app is horrible, I once messed up with having two accounts. A nightmare to untangle, and rewards were taken. Oh well just never order online again. Not worth the hassle of whatever one gets from any restaurant’s reward programs.

2026-07-09	So*****	Someone has my phone number signed under their account. When I tried to sign up for the app it said my phone number was linked elsewhere. There is no other way to order if you don't have an alt phone number, and there is also no way to see what account name your number is tied to. I don't write reviews often at all- but this is so frustrating. When I asked for help at an actual store the staff stated they also can't access that, but are aware the app doesn't work well for anyone.

2026-01-27	bl*****	restaurant = 5 stars App 0 Stars settling on 2 stars for the hardship while ordering. have corresponded with MB and nothing gets fixed. The worst thing is the disappearing cart. There are other issues they know what they are. If not fixed soon we go down to 1 star and a full list of all the issues. listen to your customers, not just at the store.
