I just got my internet installed today so of course I’d like to log in. Too bad I can’t. It’s unusable. I can’t even access the dashboard. Enter my User and Password where it asks for me to confirm contacts .. “ Something went wrong. Try again..” So I tried again, the I closed the app then I reset my phone. Tried on the WiFi alone, tried on cellular alone. Nothing. At this point I assumed it was my phone, No. I won’t even work on my IPad, same problem same message. So then I assumed that maybe it was hitting a bump with confirming contacts so I logged into TDS on my pc, confirm the contacts and tried again on both devices.. No. Once again same problem same Error. Comical.
