The Set is packed full of classes that will challenge every muscle, help you stay flexible & mobile and raise those endorphins so you can feel good and be fully present for all that life demands of you.

Listen, you're busy...me too! As a mom of 3 and fully booked coach, I know how important it is to make movement a priority but it has to be convenient AND energizing. The Set will do both with workouts you can do anytime/anywhere + classes of all lengths that will improve your mood and help you reach your goals.
