2025-08-12	Je*****	ORIGINAL REVIEW: Management (Greystar) has become EXTREMELY unresponsive! Been trying repeatedly for WEEKS, via the app, email and in person to get issues addressed - like safety issues (Metal sauna door handle is scalding hot) and handicap accomodation (missing grab bars, hand shower) stuff, as well as more amenity stuff like being able to turn on/use the fireplaces, TVs, etc. I'm simply ignored. Maintenance staff is fine, if/ when empowered. UPDATE: add'l bugs in the Visitor part, not counting the disabled but essential functionality of allowing guests more than a week into the future. 1. "Start time must be before end time" when Start time = 6AM today IS before end time = 4PM today. 2. Permission to Enter toggle changed to DISabled w/o input from me. (Resulting in the email at the bottom, when ___ arrived, which shows "___ is requesting visitor access, please approve or deny entry.") 3. End time changed from 4PM to 9:15 AM without input from me.

2024-11-08	jo*****	I’m satisfied with the amount of information and features the app provides. I do have two minor concerns. 1. Amenities have different open and close times between the schedules in the app and in the static resident guide accessed through the app. 2. We were told during our tour that the amenities for Verde SF would also be available to us, but they are not currently listed in the app in any way, it is also not clear if my access card will open the RFID readers over at Verde SF. Also, if Verde is anything like The Canyon, wouldn’t we need Latch access at Verde for some of those amenities? Or, perhaps this is not a priority anymore?
