• Bluetooth connectivity: establishes a connection with the sensors, using Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to communicate even in difficult locations.
• Full control of the devices: directly from the app, users can force sensor measurements, open and close valves, trigger a watering sequence, switch on hibernation modes to save energy, or restart the device when needed. Hummbox solutions and the use of Bluetooth: GreenCityzen provides Hummbox solutions for data driven management of water networks, covering wastewater treatment, stormwater network management, smart irrigation of public green spaces and access to drinking water for vulnerable populations. These IoT solutions use sensors and actuators (valve controllers, for example), which are conveniently commanded over Bluetooth during installation and maintenance work.
