2026-03-27	Mi*****	I got this and paid the yearly subscription as I was under the impression it converts MP4 to MP3. Got it for work to be able to change my voice memos into MP3 and it cannot even recognize the voice memo files let alone convert them. I have tried repeatedly to follow their instructions and tried troubleshooting it, all to no avail. Disappointing and not worth the trouble.
