| 2026-01-04 | Ma***** | English user: I read through the other reviews and was concerned before downloading and using. I will say the best review of feature/function labeled this as utilitarian, cannot disagree. I received one of those tube clocks as a gift from the holidays. I read the pamphlet that it came with and followed those instructions. Only recommendation is to go through the process of creating an account first, helps later. First step is connect to the device via Bluetooth, easy. Second step setup for WiFi connection, also easy. App walked me through all of that. Adding a city for weather through me off a bit only cus the list stayed but if you pay attention to the top area you can see it sets the city. I would recommend this app and clock to anyone. Next I will work on customizing backgrounds, etc, will update IF I run into issues. | |

| 2025-08-03 | Bi***** | It’s a cute piece of hardware and could be really fun, but the app is in broken English and really makes no sense. Guys, hire an English speaking UX person or open source the protocol so we can fix it. I cannot even figure out how to display time which was the whole reason I bought it. | |

| 2025-03-11 | Bo***** | I’ve been using this for years but it does not always want to log in with my credentials from my account. I just want it changed the time and can’t do it. | |

| 2025-01-16 | Bm***** | My screens do not look like the screenshots posted. I managed to get it online and with the correct time, but I can’t change the annoying rainbow RGB lighting. I keep getting a Chinese pop-up that I cannot read. Meh. | |

| 2024-11-20 | Go***** | Next to nothing on clock options. Cant get cool clock effects. It requires a log in and weirdly asks for tracking info on a clock. Needs a massive overhaul. | |

| 2024-11-08 | My***** | This app is fairly utilitarian, and provides very few configuration settings - Light style & on/off toggle, weather, manual or network time sync, and Enabled and “UnEnabled” timing to schedule automated on & off times. There are a whole 3 lighting styles for the LEDs underneath the case - Rainbow, Aurora, and Static. Rainbow is the typical moving array of gradient colors, and Aurora is essentially a version of that with the colors stretched out. Static is a single color. Enabling weather turns the 3rd panel into a non-configurable blinking colon, and add the following in the last panel - time of day icon, temperature (Celsius & Fahrenheit configurable), humidity, wind direction, and precipitation. The “DIALPLATES” screen provides a barely user-friendly way to take a picture or select an image for each clock digit 0-9. Enabling “Sticker” adds a number with 4 whole color selections, and non-functional move/stretch(maybe?) icon. There are only three sets of “DIALPLATES” included, only one of which is useful for telling time with - a faux nixie digits, which aren’t great quality. The other two sets consist of a cartoon puppy spelling out “LOVE”, and a cartoony couple in spacesuits, on a spaceship, and on a moon. There’s no library of additional images to use, nor any way to download more within the app. Otherwise, you’ll need to either manually take a bunch of pictures, or find and download images from the internet. No details are provided on the LCD dimensions or resolution, so you’ll need to google that information as well. All-in-all, the app is fairly useless for doing anything other than basic configuration. The device itself is also fairly basic. It features a single USB-C port, and a power button to turn it on, but not off, and switch between display modes. With the amount of space available, they could’ve added hub functionality to charge additional devices. Also, the power button would’ve been easier to use if it were near the end of the base, rather than near the middle of it. That makes it more difficult to reach without having to pick up the device and get fingerprints on the tubes. A cloth is included to wipe off fingerprints. | |

| 2024-05-06 | Te***** | I’ve tried two of these, had to try about a dozen times to get then to connect. And yes, I disabled my 5G segment first. The app is EXTREMELY hard to use, although it has some pretty pictures. The weather settings are ONLY in Chinese. And can NOT be used in the U.S. 12/24 hour mode is wrong. In the 12 hour mode, at “1:23:45” it shows “01:23:45” so it is indicating 1AM not 1PM. The NO-service department REFUSES too correct it. Nice hardware but the software is absolute carp, so totally unusable. | |

| 2023-12-06 | Ob***** | You must have a 2.4 ghz WiFi segment and your phone must be connected to the 2.4 ghz segment too. The segment cannot have the same name as your 5 ghz segment. At that point you should be able to connect the device to WiFi. The UI and UX are confusing but mostly work. I suggest looking for the makers YouTube channel to pick up some clues as to how to use this device. Not terribly happy about needing to create an account for full app functionality but it is what it is. For the most part it all mostly works. | |
