2026-04-02	Bh*****	I downloaded this app thinking that it would have real time road conditions that were being constantly updated. While the app does do that, I was expecting “live” weather and map updates. As a result, I contacted Support asking for my subscription to be canceled. In approximately 12 hours, I received a reply from the developer who very politely told me how to cancel the subscription. I almost felt guilty canceling the subscription because this developer obviously cared foremost about customer care rather than his own pocketbook, and that really impressed me. Those are the kind of people I would like to do business with.
