I found the experience misleading and somewhat shady, since I don’t understand why my payment information is required for something that’s being advertised as completely free. In the past, I’ve downloaded other free apps without any issues.

2025-07-30	ci*****	I’m sorry; I just don’t get it. This app doesn’t really seem to do anything a half dozen other photo apps that I downloaded for free can’t do. And Video LabX costs $29.99. It does, in fairness, offer a feature that I’ve never seen before that allows the user to superimpose a window’s reflection onto a photograph. What I could use is an app to remove such reflections. When I ran a picture through the AI enhancement process, the result was simply unimpressive. Upon opening Video LabX, I was confronted with a screen that seemed intended to shame me into writing a review, since I received it as a free promotion. But I can find nothing that justifies the cost. It’s not a bad app; it is just way too expensive.
