Where does a product falsely advertised , be, Not eligible for refund or exchange? FAR/AIM is huge. Page flip in ASA is a 'cute' animation so slow it is not functional. Though the listing to purchase implies, the digital version is PDF, it is not. It is tied to ASA viewer. Better off with hardcopy. Good option is $10 Readyflight product subscription.. >> Hello John, The ASA eBooks are not eligible for refund or return as stated in the license agreement you accept before checkout. The ASA eBooks are delivered and read only through the ASA library and are not open PDF's that can be opened in other readers. We are unable to issue refund or exchange for this purchase. This application is a complete failure. The bookmarks are not functional, and they can’t be deleted or edited from the bookmark menu. You can only log in from one device at a time to read the books you purchased. ASA clearly has no incentive or plan to fix this application, they know you have no choice but to use their garbage product.
