After waking up early, feeding kids, sitting in traffic, working the day, and coming home to more responsibilities I found myself emotional eating as a way to cope. I thought this was okay bc I didn’t “look heavy” but internally I was struggling. Through the strategy and accountability in this app I’ve found results that lift me up, I wake up with a clear head, I have energy when I get home to play with kids and I have a 6 pack as a bonus. Most features of the app work well, I ran Into a couple kinks with meal plans but that got sorted once I reached to support. Keep up the great work guys, I hope others can be impacted as well.
