I’d recommend this app because there is no limit to how many notes and photos can be stored.

I work in law enforcement. I was looking for a good way to organize photos on my work phone. We are not allowed to use a lot of apps due to privacy requirements. This app works locally on the phone, so I can keep all the content on my work phone. It’s great for taking pictures and making notes. I then email materials to my work email.
