There's a button to book an appointment. But it's broken and some of the options are empty. Then there's an option to use FB messenger. The person there doesn't really book anything for you, they literally only ask you for your phone number and someone else messages you using whatever platform they choose. Super inconvenient. This whole process could've been in the app...
