I’ve been using Raisin for 5 years now and I haven’t had a problem with any of their services. I’m currently using the high yield savings account and have no problem moving money in or out of it. They offer plenty of options for savings and also offer joint accounts. Love this app!!! PS when you’re my age you have to have plenty of baskets for your eggs!!!

For some people, the added security may be a major advantage of Raisin, but I found the difficulty of getting money out of my account to be unacceptably difficult. To link Raisin to my Chase account, I had to send them lengthy bank statements, electronically have my face scanned, upload my driver's license, and at one point their customer service department was talking about making me go to a notary public. Raisin will invade your privacy and waste a LOT of your time. Use Public instead: much better app, much better customer service. Seriously, there's no good reason to choose Raisin over Public.
