Recent reviews

For some people, the added security may be a major advantage of Raisin, but I found the difficulty of getting money out of my account to be unacceptably difficult. To link Raisin to my Chase account, I had to send them lengthy bank statements, electronically have my face scanned, upload my driver's license, and at one point their customer service department was talking about making me go to a notary public. Raisin will invade your privacy and waste a LOT of your time. Use Public instead: much better app, much better customer service. Seriously, there's no good reason to choose Raisin over Public.

“• Something went wrong We faced some issues while verifying your identity. Please try again.” This app doesn’t work. I get this error. I’ve entered all my info correctly. What a poorly designed app. Can’t even get on it and I’m tech savvy.

The “new” UI is TERRIBLE. Why can’t I see all the transactions in the app in one screen like I used to? Why do I have to scroll to the right to do this? It’s been weeks and this hasn’t been fixed. It’s so irritating. I thought this update was supposed to make things BETTER? How did you make it WORSE? Please fix. Thanks. Update: the DevTeam emailed me back, so we shall wait to see what kind of UI improvement is unveiled in a future update. For now it’s easier to use the mobile web browser.
