2024-07-19	pi*****	Overall the app is as described, a freight forwarder. Now that being said the app interface needs some upgrades. It doesn’t always work well. Overall the ordering, QC, and payment processing were good. But shipping is quite expensive and waited over 1 week for my order to actually be shipped, all to find out they wanted an additional 20 USD for a remote address delivery fee. I wish there was some more communication to me regarding that issue, that realistically should’ve been factored in before I paid the shipping fee. They did eventually scrap that fee, tho I’m not sure if others would have the same luck. I hope this company can improve on some of these issues. As they have potential to be a good alternative for freight forwarding.

2024-05-29	@M*****	Shipping prices are incredible. But the direct purchase is slow, you get no updates and there is bad communication. I have been waiting over 2 weeks for a refund on some items and the only response i get is “We will”. I would use a agent to buy stuff and then ship them with this app.
