2025-09-29	Su*****	I moved to a new home and now I can’t use my Shrooly because it won’t let me reconnect to the new Wi-Fi. I have done a reset but the app won’t recognize me or my login anymore. I have reached out to customer service but received no response. I no have a $200 dollar useless product a month after buying it.
