User Reviews

User reviews are mixed: some praise easy scanning and available coin data, but many cite serious billing and reliability problems. Core issues include forced subscriptions and withdrawal attempts, charges after trials, difficulty canceling, and refunds being denied. Reliability problems—crashes and incorrect coin identifications/dates—are common. Features like data exports are missing, and support is seen as lacking. Overall, billing practices and inconsistent performance dominate the feedback, though a minority report positive early experiences.

It works fairly well when using your phone to take a photo of the coin front and back. It’s not fully accurate though and the values it claims are suspect. What bothers me the most is if you store you collection into the phone, it stores a stock photo of that coin and not your actual photo of your specific coin. I can scan a 1892 Morgan with my phone camera and it identifies the coin but then I add that to a collection and it’s a photo of some stock Morgan 1892 and not my specific coin. Makes no sense? It’s not worth the yearly cost to maintain your collection
