2023-12-27	Ke*****	The app is ok, you apply for shifts and have to wait to be approved which can sometimes take days, they use a third party app if you want same day pay, the pay rates rarely change, they don’t pay extra for holidays and it’s W-2. They need to have instant approval because the shifts be sitting I guess they give them to who they want, there are better options than Samba.

2023-12-27	Cl*****	Useless app that you you still have to wait to be accepted to a shift. Waiting forever to be accepted or get anything from anyone for that matter! This company is the worst! Low pay , no communication. Highly do not recommend
